The Selsey Care Shop opened in 2018 with a central presence in the town's High Street and serves as a one-stop shop for access to the community groups, activities and services run by Selsey Community Forum. You can find more about the Selsey Care Shop here.

The success of the Selsey Care Shop has led to a plan to extend a similar facility to the wider

Manhood Peninsula.  It is currently planned to open a Wittering Care Shop in September 2026.
