Wellbeing is a new project which, as it is rolled out over the coming months, will offer a variety of adult services, including parenting, mentoring and mindfulness.
Initially, a support group is available for those who might be concerned about their mental health. 'It's OK not to be OK' offers sympathetic, professional counselling, which can direct individuals to appropriate support agencies. This free confidential support group offers the opportunity to openly discuss life's problems and complications - no more silent suffering. The group meets in the Selsey Care Shop on Tuesday evenings on a drop-in basis from 5.15pm until 6.15pm.
